Please double-check your address during checkout as your order will be delivered there and you will be responsible for retrieving it.
If you realise that your delivery address is wrong before your order is dispatched, please try contacting our Support team to cancel the order. If it is able to be cancelled they will do so. Please note that once our fulfilment team have begun processing your order it can no longer be cancelled, even if you have not received dispatch notification yet.
Our Support team will try and answer any cancellation request as quickly as possible, but it can be up to 48 hours before they are able to respond.
If your order is returned to the fulfilment centre due to non-delivery or an incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded for the item costs only.
