If you want to cancel your order, or change the address please contact our Customer Support team to cancel the order. If it is able to be cancelled we will do so. Please note that once our fulfilment team have begun processing your order it can no longer be cancelled, even if you have not received dispatch notification yet.
Our support team will try and answer any cancellation request as quickly as possible, but it can be up to 48 hours before they are able to respond.
