If you have received your order of Big Day and can see that it has been damaged in transit, please contact our Support team, including photos of the packaging from all sides that clearly show the damage.
If you believe there is an issue with the drink or sachet, please raise a support ticket with a description of the issue, and a photo of the batch number. The batch number can be found at the bottom of each can, and on the box the sachets came in.
Please note that these tickets must be raised within 60 days of receiving the product.
